Reception

In a hotel areas which are open to the public are critical in shaping guest perception. Nowhere is this more important than in a hotel’s reception. With an array of temperature sensors available, we are able to directly control a room’s heating, ventilation, and cooling systems so that a comfortable thermal balance is always maintained.

Facilities

Automated facilities management means that the pool temperature will always be just right, the spa lighting and background audio always relaxing, and the gym will always be ready for an unscheduled visit.

Back of house

Back-of-house areas such as service corridors, kitchens, launderettes, and staff offices are often underutilized when compared to their energy consumption levels.
Novista has developed a range of sensor-driven solutions which enable hotels to reclaim these energy losses.
Most frequently installed into back-of-house areas are solutions that employ on-demand activation, so that energy is expended only when necessary.
Our solutions can be integrated into any hotel regardless of size or age and can be managed automatically, centrally, or remotely.

Guest rooms

Guest rooms can make or break a hotel. As visitors often spend 95% of their time at a hotel in their rooms, providing them with an inviting and comfortable environment is of the highest importance.
As soon as a guest enters a room automated by Novista the difference is immediate. By simply opening the guest room door, a scene can be triggered which will turn on the lights, activate the AC, play a welcome message, and open or close the curtains.
Multiple customizable scenes can be created for each room, with each scene being able to accept adaptation parameters such as time, temperature, and light intensity. This gives the guest a room that is not simply automated, but truly intelligent.
Once the guest returns, the room reactivates and restores the room’s systems to their previous usage states.
